Property Investment Manager
Gigi is passionate about property management and has been working in the real estate industry since 1998, starting her first role in reception and administration. Previous to her real estate career Gigi has explored other industries such as hospitality, has worked in office at an optometrist and reception/administration for a shop-sign manufacturing company though never looked back once she got into real estate. Progressing to property management, Gigi worked as a Property Manager for 6 years in NSW then continuing on in WA after relocating here. Joining our LJ Hooker team in August 2020 she continues to always aim on providing exceptional service to all clients. Gigi enjoys dealing with people and finds it rewarding when she is able to assist and achieve positive outcomes for clients. She loves knowing that her clients have had a good experience and that she has played a part in making their day, along with seeing so many different properties. I was apprehensive about who would follow the excellent Michele Wayre as my property manager but it appears that I have been placed in capable hands with the appointment of Gigi Paea as the manager of my property. I have been impressed by the accessibility of Gigi and her prompt and efficient resolution of my problems at a time when she was new to the position and undoubtedly had her hands full playing catch up.
